This post was 10 years ago in November of 2003 but as I bring this blog to life or refresh this blog and connect it to G+ it still seems worth a read to me:

My 7 personal laws of success:

1) Have a coach or mentor of your own. Don't give what you don't have.

2) Fees? Ask not for what you think you are worth, or market value, ask for what you are willing to pay. That gives you confidence and clarity both to charge a fair market price and to know why your fee is reasonable.

3) Your main supporting income needs to not be "needed" through your business initially, if it is it will show and you will likely either end up with work and clients you struggle with and are unhappy with or you will not attract the finances you wish to attract you will attract the teachers for your own personal work around those financial needs.

4) Come to your business competent, capable and confident. Be prepared.

5) Have more than 1 source of income as you grow your business, in my experience all successful business ventures are created from within a comfort zone not from outside of it so that is an interesting consideration when looking at business choices and ideas.

6) Know that you are a gift to your clients or customers and they are a gift to you, a joyful heart is a grateful heart, a grateful heart attracts prosperity!

7) Don't give it away for free! By that I mean you (your time, energy, insights, courage, faith, all that composes you) your "who" so to speak is a divine gift to the world and you came here with something to express and experience as did everyone else, know that you came with enough to share because you are naturally abundant, like any account balance if you spend without attention you will start to drain your reserves and enter into poverty whether it is spiritual, personal, emotional, financial etc.

These are living laws, they are meant to evolve as you do! Are yours evolving? Are you in success?
